Sunday was Lydia’s dedication, and we had the whole family over for lunch. I knew I needed something easy and yummy that I could prepare ahead of time. Of course, I pulled out my old-faithful recipe- Paula Deen’s Taco Soup. If you can brown ground beef and open cans, you can do this! It is delicious and so perfect on a cold winter day. Enjoy!
p.s. I put Frito’s in a bowl, then add the taco soup and top with cheese and sour cream. I guess I kind of undid the healthiness of all those veggies, huh? 🙂
